From the beach, Amed offers an excellents site for training dives. It has a flat bottom lagoon for instruction and a coral reef only 5 minutes swim away. This location is highly recommended for introductory dives. By boat, Amed has a nice wall dive just a few minutes away. It is a fun, easy dive for everyone

GILI TEPEKONG ( sharks point )
Reef type : Steep corals walls; underwater canyon
Access : 30-40 minutes by small outboard
Visibility : Variable; poor to very good; 6-20 meters
Current : Can be extremely strong, more than 5 knots
Coral : Excellent coverage and variety
Fish : Literally teeming with fish
Highlights : Tepekong’s canyon, good chance to see pelagics
Other : Very tricky currents, strong surge, Uncomfortably cold

Just offshore from Candi Dasa is tiny Tepekong, a little outcrop that offers some spectacular diving. The corals wall is steep, the water is cold, and the current can be strong. Please note; experience divers only recommended. Due the currents can be unpredictable.

CORAL GARDEN (S.D Point)
Reef type : Coral garden, slopes
Access : 40 minutes by boat (From Sanur beach)
Visibility : Good 15-25 meters
Current : Moderate to very strong
Coral : Very good variety of hard corals, Excellent stand of soft corals
Fish : School of various marine life, large pelagics
Highlights : Various coral species, Manta , giant travelly
Fish, even sun fish and sharks
Others : Can be very cold; current are unpredictable

This Bali best dive site has a very different characteristic of the sea bottom home for huge varieties of marine life, carpeting by the corals, with good visibility, and scores of large pelagics, including manta rays, barracuda even moonfish. A definite must see.

TOYA PAKEH CORAL GARDEN (Nusa Penida)
Reef type : Coral garden, slopes
Access : 40 minutes by boat (From Sanur beach)
Visibility : Good 15-30 meters
Current : Moderate to very strong
Coral : Very good variety of hard corals
Excellent stand of soft corals
Fish : Excellent variety ; many pelagics
Highlights : Large pelagics manta rays, sharks
Schooling of unicorn fish.
Others : The drift diving is particularly recommended

Steep slopes with very good corals, features large marine life such as sharks and turtle, along with napoleon wrasse and have an impressive variety of fish life, but the currents can be unpredictable. Please note experience divers only recommended.

PADANG BAY
Reef type : Flat-bottomed mixed reef and

Access : 10 - 15 minutes by boat
Visibility : Variable; poor to good, 6-15 meters
Current : Usually gentle but up to 3 knots
Coral : Scattered outcrops, fair variety
Fish : Good variety and numbers
Highlights : Large feeding titan trigger fish

This picturesque bay, surrounded by majestic cliffs and hills, offers excellent diving with a great variety of marine life. White sandy bottom and excellent diving with a great variety of marine life. White sandy bottom and exceptionally clear cool water and there are over many species of hard corals, plus numerous species of soft corals reef.

MENJANGAN
Reef type : Walls, particularly rugged; wreck
Access : 30 minutes from main island
Visibility : Excellent to superb, 25-45 meter
Current : Very slight
Coral : Very good number and variety; abundant soft corals
Fish : Good number, only average variety
Highlights : “Anker” wreck

Menjangan is a small island of the coast of Bali on the northwest side that is reserved a national park. This island has many different points to dive from depending on the divers skill and objectives. On site includes a bed of sea snakes and resident sharks.

NUSA LEMBONGAN (Bustle Hard coral)

Fish : Napoleon wrasses, schooling of sweet lips

This is another famous dive site in Bali. The drift diving is particulary recommended to see some of the best marine life with good visibility, slopes bustle with hard corals by thriving reefs and abundant soft corals includes large pelagics moonfish, eagle rays, shark, but the currents can be unpredictable.

SAKENAN POINT (Nusa Lembongan)

Visibility : Good 15-30 meters
Current : Moderate to very strong
Coral : Very good variety of corals
Fish : Excellent variety, many pelagics
Highlights : Large school of sweet lips, napoleon wrasses, turtle
Sharks small fish darting all over the place
Others : The drift diving is particularly recommended

Offers more challenging diving, strong currents and promise good visibility with dozen of marine life especially home of sweet lips with dramatic underwater corals terrain highlighted by thriving reef and abundant soft corals, includes many of more exciting.

DROF-OFF ( Tulamben )

Coral : Limited coverage, few species
Fish : Superb variety, excellent numbers
Highlights : Density of fish on the deep wall
Others : Full moon night dive on the wall

It is here, in one of the most pristine of wall dive site at the east part of Bali, that contains dozen of marine life, and surprising variety of corals. Stars of with slope and climaxes with a steep wall drops with soft coral growth, good visibility, and small fish darting all over the place.

BLACK ROCK (Tulamben)

of bath fish, even moonfish and sharks
Others : a wide array tame and friendly fish.
